Chicken Liver Duo
Raspberry and Apple Chicken Liver Pate served with Zambezi mild Chili and Cajun Grilled Livers served with Melba toast and mixed sambals
Thinly sliced beef carpaccio served with red onion, freshly sliced radish, capers and a balsamic reduction topped with herbs and a cream cheese quenelle
Norwegian Salmon layered with herb cream cheese topped with caper, red onion, radish and a chili mayo dressing finished with orange zest
Smoked Pepper Trout Salad
Peppered smoked trout fillet served on a bed of rocket leaves, radish, red onion, capers, rainbow salsa, spring onion and a lemon infused balsamic reduction

Bread crumbed filling infused with lemon zest, fresh chopped mixed herbs, olive oil and seasoning crusted on black mussels served with a garlic white wine dressing
Butternut Soup with a thai Curry infusion served with Rosemary infused croutons and crispy carrot & butternut skins. A swirl of fresh cream will enhance the flavours of this lightly spicy soup

Spinach and feta rolled chicken breast
Succulent fillet Breast of Chicken, rolled and filled with Spinach and Feta Cheese, Served with Parmesan mash and butternut puree topped with cream asparagus sauce
Thai Chicken and Prawn curry
Tender chicken breast cooked off in a Green Curry paste infused with fresh garlic and coriander leaf, topped with cream and coconut milk served with basmati rice and a poppadum
Sirloin and Bone Marrow
Perfectly 6 week matured 300gr sirloin cooked to your preference served with oven roasted bone marrow, accompanied by a potato croquette and seasonal vegetables, topped with a Black pepper reduction
Seafood Marinara pasta
Cubed line fish cooked off with calamari, prawn meat and local black mussels in a garlic rich Italiano sauce, served with butter and parsley linguine pasta
Slow roasted cider Pork belly
Crispy roasted Belly served with a Parmesan crusted Potato croquette, pork kaiing and a delicate apple jelly as accompaniment. This dish is served with seasonal vegetables and a gravy reduction
Chilli Chocolate Fillet
250gr Fillet of Beef grilled to perfection, then glazed with a sauce made from the perfect combination of 70% dark cocoa chocolate and 30% green chilli. Neither hot, nor sweet. This succulent steak will be served with a potato croquette and seasonal vegetables
Mushroom Risotto (Vegetarian)
Creamy brown Mushroom Risotto served with grilled Cherry tomatoes

Good Day, We were really looking forward to this restaurant as it was our first time here as patrons. When we arrived we were made to sit in a very cramped table behind wooden doors with little space to move, especially when two of the 4 people were around 1.9 meters tall. The restaurant had other tables that were unused the entire evening, which resulted in us not being able to see the performances during the evening. These performances were lovely and I thought each waiter that sang, did so beautifully. The food took extremely long to arrive at the table, to give you an idea, we arrived at 6pm and we ended up leaving at 9.50pm. The food was below average and at times completely inedible and unpalatable. When the bill arrived, we were not charged the R320 per person for the meals in accordance with Restaurant Week rates, and it was billed at R1400 for the food alone and then the rest of the bill could not be explained in terms of the pricing as it was R2200 for the total bill. I am sorry but this restaurant left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth and we will definitely not return and not recommend this to anyone else.

About LeSi Performing Waiter Restaurant
LeSi's newly launched Performing Waiter Restaurant is ready to entertain you whilst you enjoy a scrumptious six course dinner. The performances are live from Monday to Saturday evenings. They offer the full production with a minimum of 5 performers on fully booked evenings, and smaller serenade evenings with fewer performers on quiet nights.
Your theatrical experience for the evening will kick off strictly at 19:30 every night, so please ensure your seats are taken by 19:00, in time for amuse bouche to be served.
The Restaurant is open for service on Sunday’s but they do not offer any productions.
But whatever night you choose, you will be entertained, amazed and thoroughly surprised by the wonderful talent South Africa has to offer their Diners.
