We had such a blast at Vrymansfontein. The wine pairs well with the available dishes and together with a beautiful view we spent the entire afternoon savoring the moment, including the beautiful sunset! My favorite was the chenin blanc and muhammara based side-dish. Highly recommended for a leisurely day out!

I have been there three times and only on the third time did I notice the 12% gratuity included on the bill. I have no problem with this and it is also mentioned right at the bottom of the bill. But when you have had a lovely evening with friend, the last thing I want to do is scrutinize the bill. So I tipped double. This may be my own stupidity for not double checking, but it would have been nice it the waiter/waitress could have mentioned it especially when you have a big bill. So tipping R600 instead of R300 leaves a bit of niggle for me.
After being at Scape Restaurant a week earlier we made another booking for the next week. This lunch was agsin faboulos. Starters were perfect and the grilled rump was cooked to perfection. Lovely atmosphere and very attentive. Our waiter Luthario was again so nice and we had so much fun. Keep on rocking
