Firstly the setting is beautiful and such a calm and peaceful place.
Our server Mario was an absolute delight. He was attentive, brought us tasters of various wines and really made our experience so much better. He was such a treat and is truly an amazing person.

The food just rounded off our day. It was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. Will definitely be going back.

We had wonderful experience, from the wine tasting ( some very nice wines) to the lovely food in a beautiful setting. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Visited Haute Cabrière in the weekend with restaurant week booking. We were not disappointed again. Very good and relaxed service by the staff. The food and wine were both extraordinary. The starter of steak tartar tasted very good and was very beautifully decorated. My partners grilled venison tasted excellent and was very smooth and well baked. My own seafood curry was a real treat with all kinds of (shell)fish and a great curry sauce. The coconut panna cotta desert was also mouthwatering. We got very good advise about the wine and they tasted very well indeed. So we had a very inspiring afternoon at the restaurant, that has a great atmosphere and view by the way. We will certainly go there again
