Superb! The food (we had dinner) is out of this world, with generous portions of sheer delight and three palate cleansers/treats after each dish. The service and restaurant are impeccable and so welcoming. A little extra touch that we appreciated was that a waiter went around to each table with a polaroid camera and took a picture for you to keep of you enjoying your dinner.

We had the tuna tartare, this dish was elegant and flavors well balanced. We also had the butternut starter too and this was my favorite dish of the night, from the plating to the tastes it was like a flavor party in my mouth - wow. We had he linefish which was cooked perfectly and the lemon butter sauce was one of the best iv had. The mushroom risotto was warm, filling and aromatic. For dessert we had the panna cotta and the creme brulee which were both really good dishes. The amuse-bouche we were served was so good and looked phenomenal as well as the rooibos and orange drops palate cleanser - wow wow wow. Cant wait to visit again.

I was going to mark them down for ambience, just so this wouldn't be a perfect score, but I couldn't, even the fine detail across the different sheets of wall paper lined up! Impeccable!
We went for dinner at Level Four as part of Restaurant Week and we had such a wonderful experience. The food was just incredible. I had the terrine to start with, followed by the porcini & cauliflower risotto and ending on the delicious raspberry mouse. We will be back again soon!
Level Four exceeded our expectations for restaurant week, fro start to finish the service was excellent the food faultless and the ambience wonderful. they will definitely see us again.
