Calm, graceful and understated. Until the food arrived, and then it danced. Tastes brilliant. Well worth it.
Everything about the dining experience was fantastic. Every meal made to perfection. The staff was attentive and warm. Highly recommend

Food was a big let down. The soft shell crab was extremely watery as it wasn't fully defrosted prior to cooking- the watery juices leaked off the rimless slate plate onto the tablecloth. Fish main was uncooked- returned to kitchen. Steak was requested as replacement, but then we noticed in comparison with the other steak that each dish was missing a component! One dish was missing the brussel sprouts, the other missing the potato. Dessert was probably the best course, but by that stage not much could have improved our meal.
Was expecting a lovely five star meal to celebrate a big milestone, but instead had a very disappointing experience.
