The food was amazingly delicious. The guys hosted us well.
Had a great time at Pablo. Had some slight issues with the reservation but the manager was very helpful. The food was too nice and the views majestic. Would definitely recommend

Always a good sign when the complimentary bread starter (with hummus) is delicious. Sriracha Prawn roll was really tasty. And the smokiness of the 4-cheese fillet. Looking forward to trying one of the Pablo breakfasts.

The décor at Pablo at The Mint Hotel has a signature colour palate of teal and rust, pressed ceilings and layout which combines intimate lower banquet seating and more social bar height tables.
