Well prepared food and just the right portion sizes. What Haute Cabriere get right is that they don't over complicate with too man flavours. Six very distinctive courses paired with great wines. Favourite had to be the Crepe Suzette with orange blossom ice cream.

And of course the venue on a sunny winters afternoon is hard to beat.

The food and wine pairing was indeed a five star experience.
The carefully selected wine complimented the food which was beautifully presented in fair portions. A feel good experience fitting for my wife's birthday!

Wines worked very well with flavours and textures. Sitting otuside on a warm clear sunny winter's day overloooking the value added to the treat.
the tasting menu is very nice and comes with nice wines. I myself like some meat and the game was nice but cooked in a way it was soft and could work with the stongest wine they have (which is not very strong).
Over all a very nice experience.
